Natalie Leek-Nelson (CEO & President) - Natalie A. Leek-Nelson has 18 years of experience in non-profit and corporate environments focused in public relations, marketing, program development, fundraising, and education. She has worked as a teacher, Marketing, Admissions, and Development/Fundraising Director in the non-profit sector and as a Marketing, Business Development and E-Commerce Director in regional and national corporate technology companies. Ms. Leek-Nelson has presented nationally on topics related to Board governance, program development, and the use of data to impact organizational growth and stability.

Stacy Schiemann (COO) -Stacy Schiemann has 12 years of experience in non-profit child welfare agencies. She has worked as Assistant Daycare Director, Case Manager, Special Needs Grant Coordinator, Family Youth Specialist and Adoption Coordinator. She assumed the position Childcare and Advocacy Program Director for Providence House, Inc. in 2002. In 2005 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Graduated from Ashland University, earning a BS in Social Work, and is also a Licensed Social Worker since 1995. She received her Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University in 2006.
