We can't wait to welcome you this Tuesday, December 9, for the best holiday party in town, our 30th Annual Deck the House Benefit Auction to support the children and families of Providence House!

Here are some details to help you prepare for the event:

Parking & Entrance

• Complimentary valet parking will open at 5 pm outside the University Hospitals Gate
• It's located at the southeast corner of Huntington Bank Field, at the corner of Erieside Avenue and Alfred Lerner Way
• You'll enter the stadium from the University Hospitals Gate and be directed to the Canada Dry City Club

Event Timeline

• 5:30 pm - Event Begins in the Canada Dry City Club
• 6:00 pm - Program Begins, Featuring the Ed Block Courage Award Ceremony
• 7:00 pm - Live Auction Begins
• 8:15 pm - Silent Auction Starts Closing in Phases, Raffle Winner Pulled
• 8:30 pm - Auction Check-Out Begins
• 9:30 pm - Event Ends

Silent Auction Access

• All Silent Auction packages will be on display at the event, as well as featured on our online platform, GiveSmart, where all bidding will take place
• To access our Silent Auction online, text deckthehouse (with no spaces) to 76278 or visit deckthehouse.givesmart.com
• You can start browsing and bidding now - and we'll be adding more packages this weekend!

Anyone can participate in our Silent Auction - even if you are not attending the event!

The Silent Auction will close on Tuesday, December 9, at 8:15 pm.

Food & Drink

• All guests receive 2 complimentary drink tickets upon arrival, and then purchase additional drinks directly at the bar!
• Dinner will feature a variety of appetizers and small plates at food and dessert stations

Dress

• Attire for Deck the House is business professional/cocktail, as many of our guests come directly from work
• Please feel free to wear something festive as we kick off the holidays!
